We actually met at a mutual friends birthday party. It was September 3, 2016 at 6:00pm. When arriving to the restaurant, I get greeted by Yasha's mum, who mentions that her son, who looks like "my prince" is waiting inside (she wasn't wrong). I enter in, say my hellos to family and friends, and meet Yasha. From keeping up with my sporadic conversations to keeping my company the whole evening, by the end of the night, I had gained interest in him; as he did with me. After exchanging numbers, the rest is history...

I had seen a feature of a lovely hiking trail on "BlogTO". Despite him usually declining my outlandish ideas, or at least giving me the good ole' "maybe", Yasha had agreed to the date day. Although a bit out of character for him, we decided to make it a lovely hike and a picnic post-hike. Fast forward to the day of; its raining, Yashas hoping that the rain will stop since "its an important day", and I'm as oblivious as ever.

Were walking, and taking in the gorgeous views until we reach the first outlook.

So, Mono Cliffs Provincial park is known for.... you guessed it, their 'cliff' [a look out point sandwiched between 2 stone cliffs].

When we get there, its very busy and crowded. Although I wanted to check it out, we decided to drop by it later on our way back.

As we continued to walk, we came across a small opening that led into a gorgeous, open lookout point. After helping a couple who was there before us, we decide to 'take a "picture" against the view'. And well... he proposed, and *shocker*, I cried... a lot.
